Ordering From HairDivas.co.uk:
After you have placed your order we will send you an order acknowledgement by email. This does not mean you are order is completed. We will only process your order after the payment has been received and cleared. The goods will then be dispatched to the address confirmed by your payment method: ie; Address given by PayPal as your payment card registered address. We will not be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, which cause the delay or failure to deliver the goods or services, or to comply with any other obligation.

We charge £4.50 for the packing and delivery of goods to the UK and £7.50 for Next Day Delivery in the UK (Upon stock confirmation. Saturday Delivery charges may vary). Delivery Charge to Europe is £9.50 and £15.50 for all other countries Worldwide. This charge remains the same whatever the size of your order. When goods are in stock we deliver within 1-3 working days of approving your order to the UK, 5 to 10 days in Europe and up to 21 days Worldwide. Worldwide deliveries also depends on your local distributor. Most of our customers have been happily inform us of earlier deliveries. Once we have send your package, the delivery company require 28 working days to deliver. This means if your order has not reached you in our estimated days given above, you will still have to allow 28 working days to have your package. We can confirm this only happens in a very rare occasions. In unlikely event your delivery is delayed, we will update you a likely delivery date. All our deliveries are recorded and track-able.


Using the product for business or Personal purposes:

We believe that our products are of high quality. Care has been taken to select only high quality products from reputable manufacturers. Most of our products are designed to be fitted by a salon professional. We will not be responsible for misuse or nonprofessional usage of our products. If you are a salon professional and buying the products for your clients, the quality of the product is only covered by the manufacturer. We will not be responsible for any economic loss including, but not limited to, loss of profit, revenue, contracts, savings, and loss of data, goodwill or reputation. Our maximum liability will be limited to the replacement value of the product.

Whether products have been used for personal or business purposes, HairDivas.co.uk does not, by law guarantee the product quality or performances, but we will do our best to resolve any issues you have with the product and, we will involve the manufaturer to deal with failier of their products.

 

Returning goods to us:
Returns are accepted for a REFUND, less Delivery Fee. You can only EXCHANGE products ONCE. If you are still not happy with your second choice, you will get a refund less postage fees. You can ofcourse buy again after you have received your refund. You must contact us to inform us of your return. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order in which to return any item to us. They must not be used, must be in their original condition and return with original packaging with all the tags in original places. All returns are at your own cost. We advice to use a recorded delivery and insurance as we will not be liable for lost or damaged items on transit to us. Once we have received your returned goods, we will refund the money you paid for the items bought less delivery charges, using the same method by which you paid for them.

COSMETICS CAN NOT BE RETURNED. THERE IS NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON ANY OF COSMETICS PRODUCTS.
